Sellers may only leave positive Feedback for buyers, at the seller's option.

PaisaPay team stripped off our weapons, Feedback stabbing from the back !!

Its Swarup again.

As some sellers have said, its scale is now too much tilted towards the buyers side as only they will have the right of non-positive feedback. As I have mentioned earlier, I could not give -ve feedback to 2 sellers (actually cheaters) only to save my profile from a retaliatory feedback. But some buyers, especially in India, are too casual while giving non-positive feedbacks. As the sellers now cant retaliate against such buyers so please do not make the non-positive feedback too easy for the buyers. Only those buyers who have filed & completed a dispute should only be allowed to leave a non-positive feedback. If someone has really suffered due to a seller then he/she will definitely file a dispute. Later on ebay should check these disputes (at least on a sampling basis) to judge the authenticity / effectivity of this new buyer-biased system. .

If the graphs represent an all time low for ebay.in as mentioned by various traffic sites, i would like ebay in to show us their sales figures for november 2007 to january 2008 to prove a point that after new paisepay policy their business has not been affected.
I think it is case a of having a massive ego, after introducing the new paisepay policy they are fighting shy of reverting back to the old paisepay without losing face

The international delivery schedule of Paisapay is too short for registered mails. It takes 5-6 weeks for delivery in Italy and some other countries.

We should also be able to decide when to take Paisapay money to save NEFT charges of Banks. Soumi

Hello Mr Mehra.

This is Rahul once again from cochinmall.

I guess by now you would have an idea about New PaisaPay. After the launch of New Paisapay,sales have come down,to a near bottom low specially during January.It is all because of the bugs which have crept into the system.New PaisaPay assures that sellers would get more sales.Could you justify that statement after looking through the traffic charts? I am confused,as to who is telling the lie,ebay or Alexia ratings.

Why dont you remove the option of compulsary New Paisapay for the time being? Your PaisaPay team can fix the bugs for the time being and bring it back with better features.Better features includes solving problems connected with seller manager pro too.

I think you should analyze from the buyers point of view too.Many buyers complain that they are not able to pay for the products since New PaisaPay would show some error when ever they buy.They wouldnt come back again because of the countless number of problems.

Before taking any decision,your team can consult the community.After all,what is the use of a community when your team takes all the decision without consulting anyone and taking your teams views into consideration?

In eBay system if buyer not received item he can open dispute from his item page and most of do that
But most problem is create after open dispute is
That most of buyer donโ€™t know how to close dispute when his concern is solve
They donโ€™t find how to go to dispute and how to close it with concern is solve
It helps buyer and seller if after file dispute if you give link in item page to VIEW YOUR DISPUTE or REPORT MY CONCERN IS SOLVE
My 5 dispute is still open when I already solve buyer concern and again and again I am guide to buyer how to close dispute with concern is solve but buyer not able to do so

Right now I am not selling any item on eBay because of new paisa pay system
Right now most chance of grow business of eBay is from small area where courier system is not available but only postal services where not parcel is update in net or get seller sign pod but buyer get item
EBay asking sign pod within 10 days and it make impossible to seller to do so and even buyerโ€™s email or his positive feedback indicate that item received not accept paisa pay
Right now my two payments in hold I have both buyer email received item and one buyer also posted feedback as below

But still my payment is in hold
With new paisa pay buyer get any problem like item damage or donโ€™t like products or stop working after some time they start item not received and after so many call of buyer with my luck I was able to stop it but I donโ€™t hope I can do in future because so many cheater buyer rise when they find loop hole of this new paisa pay

Please Solve Selling Manager Bugs
Please Solve VAT abuse by some sellers
Please Solve Feedback Abuse by some sellers
Please Do KYC of sellers charging VAT

I am a regular buyer from E Bay. Recently I have purchased two items from E bay. Ihad booked
1. one lens with M/s. Systems Inflow and booked on 22nd Jan 2008. and I have not received the same till date.

I had also booked one mobile from M/s.Mobile accessories, Which I have received in time.

Kindly note the address mentioned in both bookings are same. One consignment is reaching and other one is retured with incomplete address remarks.

Further there was message from Ebay asking for confirmatin of receipt of the product, Since I did not receive the product, I had clicked button for refund, as there was no other option.

The Dealer now directly contacting me and using abusive languages for giving negitive rating.

As Ebay is an interantional organisation and keeping such suppliers will harm the reputation of E Bay. Kindly take necessary action against the seller, for using abusive languages via email. Further the seller has given wrong consignment number, the consignment number given to me was delivered to some other person and the same is given to me also. This shows that the supplier has not dispatched the product and giving wrong information and using abusive languages on customer.

I can furnish the evidences if your email address is furnished to me. for using abusive language and also evidence for wrong consignment number provided to me also confirmation from courier for delivering the product to some other person. Further the seller is threating of sever action from ebay for not completing the transaction. Kindly note the transaction is not completed by the seller and action need to be taken against him.

As a buyer I am the sufferes as I have made advance payment and wating without getting product or money refunded.

In view of above, kindly take action against the seller under intimation to the undersigned and arrange for refund at the earliest.
