Does any one in ebay know of a way I can pre-empt a scamster from bidding for an item.
I put a laptop computer for sale, as a " Buy It Now " item and I got a bidder who wanted me to ship it to Benin, Nigeria on an escrow payment.
The person bid, although I had specified that Buyer will have to pick up the computer from designated address in Bangalore after payment in cash or PaisaPay.
I relisted the item yesterday on identical terms, and I have again another buyer, who wants me to ship the item to Benin, Nigeria !!
As a result of these scamsters, my time is wasted on emails to and fro, and my computer remains unsold. I am also wary of putting up anything else for sale on ebay.
