Trying to contact ebay via email is frustrating. You get a bunch of canned issues and I couldn't find a way to send an email.

More than 20 minutes on hold on the phone line, no answers.

Bought items worth 62K+ and now don't have any clue how to redeem the gift.
Found everything cheaper on Flipkart only thought that the gift was a good deal worth off.

i have done everything in right way....tats my xmas code accepted...and they said tat choose ur gift from 5th jan to 15th jan but today (5th jan) i opened that page but nothing is displayed as select ur gift

Are you sure? that link said by rahul works...
Bcoz the gift specification is all right. It says Diwali Gift as heading... And if they haven't linked to the gift properly, we might loose the gifts... Did you get any confirmation that you've selected the gift ??

There is no information on how to redeem the free gift whatsoever??I did not even get any confirmation about being eligible for the free gift altough the value of my purchase did change by one rupee 😐 Ebay link http://deals.ebay.in/Christmas/index.html only has vague generalities and the redeem link https://mobileorders.ebay.in/gift.php says i am ineligible.Has anyone been able to order their christmas gifts yet??And can you help the rest of us..

remember to remove /gift.php

It will ask you to login, login with your ID which you have used for purchasing. On next screen it will ask you to choose Gift, On Third Page you will see

The following gift will be delivered to your registered address
Once you pick a gift, you will not be able to change your order.

And one option to change registered address. I think this is the procedure.
