Dear Team,

I had purchased for about 33k using Xmas promotion coupon. But when tried to select the gift its showing that " Oops! Sorry you are not eligible for this promotion " . This is really disgusting.
I had used all your customer support system. Called your customer care agent around seven times, done chat with your customer service agent three times and already wrote a mail to your customer service team before . Still I didn't find any solution for my problem.

I have been using Ebay for the past one year and I had recommended to many friend also.

Is there anyone in Ebay to respond.

Plzzz please Help me out.....

I tried to get gift. After entering PIN I redirected to page with image https://mobileorders.ebay.in/images/sorry.jpg.

It say you are not eligieble while I purchased as following:

Total 40,198.96

Is ebay cheating?

Hi There ,

I have been waiting for my Free gift quite long time ( Samsung Galaxy Y ) , I tried calling Ebay Customer Support 2 week's ago and enquired about the status of the free gift , they informed me that I will receive an email from Ebay regarding that .

but how ever there was no email or response.
