Buyers don't have items that they list

Recently I am noticing a trend. A lot of buyers don't have the items that they list and on confirmation of the bid, they get it.

I am a buyer and I have many times my money refunded due to the same.

ebay says that the buyer is safe, the money is refunded back. What about such sellers ? Is this ethical ?

What about the time that I wasted on such deals ? I could have very well bought the same or similar item from another genuine seller instead of the one I tried to buy from.

Where are the sellers on ebay ? Are they listening ? Are you all not worried about loosing your buyers due to such sellers ?

True ! I forgot about the population of India but then why are the sellers worried in another thread in the community ?

It's buyers like me then who should just curse their luck and sit quiet.
