Buyer Mansimran Singh with userid 12inderjit has left a positive follow up comment on the negative feedback he has left for me for item number 140874025477. The problem was that the neck of the bottle of olay cream which he received was defective and he thought item is not geniune and thatโs why he left a negative feedback . I have resolved his issue and he has now agreed to withdraw the negative feedback.Also he has given a follow up comment to withdraw the negative feedback and he told he has send an email to inrswebhelp@ebay.com to withdraw the same.
