I had opened a dispute on 27th April, 2005, regarding a transaction for item#6384814084, which was not completed because the seller was deregistered/suspended and I had made the payment to him via ebay's paisepay online bank transfer.
As per ebay rules, I should be able to close the dispute anytime after 10 days of opening it. However, the option on ebay which enables me to do so, is not enabled and hence I am not able to close the dispute, to initiate the CLAIM, even though more than 10 days have passed.
Is this not violation of their own rules by ebay.in?
