eBay closing Guarantee Claims as Resolved and Closed  are  actually  Un-resolved issues  at the Buyer's end  Who are the ones who have actually made the Payment  and  received Nothing against those Payments -   eBay treating these issues  as  Resolved and Closed  is Nothing But  Clearly an act of Misleading the Public.

Same thing happened with me . My claim is settled onesidedly without refunding my money back inspite of the item confirmed reshipment to seller
