Raised this for multiple times and raising this once again.
I am facing continuous issue with Blue Dart again and again. I am located at Kolkata and I do not know whether this is location specific or not.
Recently I ordered one item from Delhi on 12th October and till now I have not received the item. This is with Blue Dart and there is no fault from seller
In general and specific to above case, I am facing following issues with Blue Dart
(01) Delay in subssion - average holding time by Blue Dart is very high
(02) The tracking details in not updated all the time in Blue Dart side. In ebay the status is worse
(03) It is very difficult to toll free number of Blue Dart
(04) Many times, after getting the line, just before discussion, the line gets cut
(05) The person responding does not provide proper answer and sometime behaves rudely
Request you to look into this urgently, as may be beside me many others are suffering,
