Paisapay is not responding on this issue for my emails, so I thought I'll contact you guys.
I have not received the refund of Paisapay charges for order #2351991. The buyer has made chargeback and I was charged for it. I had given the buyer 8700 points and hence I had wanted cancellation of the trade and recovery of the transaction charges from the buyer for the points I had given him. The amount of charges is Rs 1018. Paisapay had informed me in DEcember that I will be credited the above amount in my December's bill, but this credit has not been given so far. I have subsequently sent sent 3 emails as reminder to Paisapay but have received no reply so far. Please arrange to credit Rs 1018 to my account immediately.
