BUYERS LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK

DEAR SEEMA,
BUYERS ARE LEAVING UN-NECESSARY NEAGTIVE FEEDBACK WITHOUT CONTRACING SELLER, ON THE OTHER HAND THEY ARE DEMANDING MORE LIKE SELLER HAVE TO PAY OCTROI CHARGES, LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AFTER 2-MONTHS WITHOUT CONSULTING SELLERS.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS ALL THIS CUASED TO LIMITATIONS FOR SELLERS.

Sellers have to bear all the negative feedbacks,but sellers cannot give a negative feedback to buyers.Thats the policy which ebay is not going to change.

EBAY India is not aware of the fact that this sorts of activities will lead to Loosing a Genuine seller by them.As all of the revenue generated is by the sellers.If sellers are harassed than they will not take prior interest. So EBAY has to made some policy to save Sellers from disappear from EBAY.

Hi there,

To reduce the % of -ve fbs set some restrictions for few type of buyers.
Like :
Buyers with Unpaid Item strikes.
Buyers with policy violation reports.
Buyers with a negative feedback score.
Buyers who may bid on several of your items and not pay for them.
Buyers who haven't gone through SMS verification.


You can do this from
My eBay >> Account >> Site Preferences >> Buyer requirements.

I agree that mostly seller suffer from these kinda of issues but at least we could take some steps to minimise the risk here.

hello,
is there any system, for the transaction which seller refunded and still buyer leaving negative feedback ????
I suggest there should be no chance for such type of feedbacks
