BAAAZEEE HAS FOUND A NEW WAY TO MAKE MONEY.

MODUS OPERANDI IS AS FOLLOWS:

step1: Let the seller sell his products.

step2: After recieving the paisapay for all the items sold ask the seller for the license for the items he sold.(Not all products that we sell has a license).

step3:If license not provided Sieze all the paisa pay cash and DO NOT PAY THE SELLER.(in this case Rs.60,000/-)


This a cheap new way of making money.I think the baazee team is a FRAUD AND A CHEAP crook.It happened to me.It will happen to somebody soon.IS THIS FAIR?

The seller not having licence is not the problem of Baazee.
Which shop in India has so called licence to sell any electronic goods. Probably they are licenced dealers for branded goods. All others do not require any licence.
Baazee is invented another way of making money at the cost of the seller.
It is only a matter of time before Baazee will have to close down due to lack of sellers.
The CEO couldn't careless as he has already made his money selling it to ebay .

This is ridiculous.What is Baazee upto?? Since baazee has been bought by Ebay it has been going down in quality of services.

You should take serious legal action against Baazee.com
they are breaching their own agreement.

In this case, i'm sure baazee will return the amount to the buyer, and will not keep it to theirself.

Dear Users,

We would like to clarify our stand on this issue. We believe that there has been a fraud perpetrated in this case by the seller with id jatt010. The various posts related to PaisaPay withholding monies of sellers by ids such as jatt009, infychutes, mclaren021 have also been traced back to the same fraudulent seller. This seller also created about 200 more ids, such as heek000, deek000, keek000, leek000, bab000, bab001, bab002, bab003, to bid on the sellers' products, with a clear intention to mislead and deceive Baazee and our Community.

We are evaluating the legal course of action to be taken in this case. PaisaPay has been requested to keep this sellers' account in suspense, pending the complete legal investigation. We would like to state clearly to our entire community that we have no intention to appropriate this money. We are awaiting the outcome of the legal investigations, pending which the money will be refunded through the appropriate channels.

Still awaiting the Payment for Jan 1 to Jan 15 period.

Whatever the reason maybe,baazee has no rights to Keep someone elses money.If baazee genuinely intends to return the cash then i will Officially apologise for all my posts on this Cafe.

Will update this thread as soon as i recieve the payment.

Baazee has forced me to post in this space.Yet again.

Before calling a seller a fraud(what do you mean by fraud??),baazee should be sure.

Baazee is not declaring the nature of investigation and any time line.They clearly are avoiding the issue.It is Rs.60,000/- and not a joke.

I have called up baazee atleast 15 times (wasted Rs.700/-)in the past 1 week in an effort to try and understand and resolve the problem but baazee has not made any effort from their side.Baazee is breaching its own User Agreement by not paying the seller the amount that the buyer has paid, and the seller had delivered the product.

WHAT IS FRAUD IN THIS???? JUST BECUASE THE BUYERS HAVE SIMILAR NAMES IT DOES NOT MEAN ALL ARE THE SAME PERSON.

I AS A SELLER CAN PROVE IT.
