BAAZEE FINDS A NEW WAY TO MAKE CASH. !!! FRAUDS.

BAAAZEEE HAS FOUND A NEW WAY TO MAKE MONEY.

MODUS OPERANDI IS AS FOLLOWS:

step1: Let the seller sell his products.

step2: After recieving the paisapay for all the items sold ask the seller for the license for the items he sold.(Not all products that we sell has a license).

step3:If license not provided Sieze all the paisa pay cash and DO NOT PAY THE SELLER.(in this case Rs.60,000/-)


This a cheap new way of making money.I think the baazee team is a FRAUD AND A CHEAP crook.It happened to me.It will happen to somebody soon.IS THIS FAIR?

Dear Baazee Team,

I co-ordinated with a few of my friends and decided to help all the users with this process.I collected cash from each user and deposited them into two users bank accounts and bought the products for all the 200 users.We had assigned every user with a Baazee User ID to ascertain who won the lucky draw.

When the pasia pay payment would have reached we would have bought a SonyErricson P910 from the amount and decide on a winner and give it to the winner.This is what we had intended to do when our paisa pay check was stopped.

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused due to this modus of operation of mine.I also regret most of the posts that i posted on the baazee.com cafe with regards to this issue.I am willing to officialy apologise for my reactions(expressed in an exaggerated form)posted on the cafe.Lastly,I was not aware that this may violate some cyber laws as we did not intend to cheat anyone at any stage.I would also like to assure Baazee.com that something like this will never happen from my side in future.

I request baazee to forfeit all the baazee points & equivalent cash of Rs.16,375/- corresponding to the 200 accounts.I request baazee to de activate all the 200 accounts and consider the transactions void as i have not delivered any of the product.I earnestly request baazee to return my principle amount of Rs.43,450/- at the earliest.

Special Listings are an optional feature, similar to advertising or promotion fees charged by any other medium for promoting your product. It is very clearly mentioned on the site and on the Sell Page that Special Listing fees are non-refundable and compulsorily payable, irrespective of whether the sale is completed or not.

Thus you have been charged the respective Ten Day listing fees since you have utilized the same while uploading your items on the site.

Dear Bazee team,

There is a glitch in your process. I bought something, went to paisa pay HDFC Bank. While making payment there, the session got timed out. Later, there was no way I could complete the payment, however hard I tried through Bazee.

Pl. remove this glitch so that buyers do not have to go through the whole process again.

bided and won a laptop for 38500/- plus 250 courier

paid online paia pay transfer on 2nd nov 2004, but no delivery upto 26th feb 2005, neither proper response to the buyer protection form.

got a damaged 2nd hand piece on 27th feb 2004 ( delivered at delhi as the sller declined to deliver at calcutta)

all the money i paid is lost and i m in pinch after so much of exercise.

another trick is turning a blind eye to the listing of pirated software. I think when the deal goes throgh eBay get some commission from seller. Ofcourse nobody say pirated software on item description. genuine thing pictured there. And if anyone complains?? 'we are so sorry..but you see.. we dont police our site.. we dont handle items traded on the site.. just a meeting place for buyers and sellers...'
don't think you can get away with such things if it is shown that eBay benefited from sale of pirated software. BEWARE eBay!!
