Dear Mr. Anil,

I opened case against seller almost a month back. I received Mr. Ashish G. as my claim adjuster. I have followed every step as advised by him. Rather even avoided contact with seller without information to ebay after the claim opened.

I sent back the merchandise to seller which was recieved by him on April 13, 2010. Same day I received last reply from Mr. Ashish G. stating he has set some timeline for seller to respond which I understood from several of your customer support reps as 7 days. If seller doesnt reply then, in his words only, "Then we will approve your Claim from our end".

I waited for all this time and wrote back to Mr. Ashish on 22nd April which was certainely over 7 days. He however seems least bothered to even reply to my mails!!! Its really annoying when you have first fooled by the seller (sold poor quality item than what elaborated in listing) and secondly ebay not responding to your concern even after following all things religiously as asked by them!!! I have lost my money, sent back the merchandise as advised by ebay and now ebay is mum!!!

What do you say in here Sir!

Don't worry you will get some time of process is their once Ashish approved claim for you ebay is big concern international concern so procedure is some lengthy but i am sure you will get money soon trust means ebay so wait for some time

I had such a BIG faith in ebay but no more now.

I am happy today as I got mail from ebay confirming claim in my favour and I will be getting my money back soon. But nothing can pay for struggle I had to do with ebay!

I feel bad when ebay don't take any action against the seller who even after being a powerseller pushed me in such a big mess. His listing elaborated about pure diamond which on receipt I found to be a semi precious stone or say 24 caret gold listed and you get imitation jewellery (this is just example to explain what I got. I actually bought Windows Mobile from the seller). In this case, ebay should not have taken so long to judge. Most frustrating was, they didnt reply to my mails (remiders) even after timeline given for the seller to reply was over!! In this case they should have proactively replied without waiting for my reminders.

I will certainely not stop here but follow up with ebay to dig out the truth and stop the seller from fooling around buyers. Unfortunately I dont know how do I approach other buyers of the seller. I am sure they must have realised poor quality of the mobile they bought.

the above is highly objectionable and not acceptable to me as a buyer i sud be given a liberty to give my feedback
u sud advice the seller to not to resort to arm twisting to get positive feedback from buyer
