Dear Mr. Anil,
I opened case against seller almost a month back. I received Mr. Ashish G. as my claim adjuster. I have followed every step as advised by him. Rather even avoided contact with seller without information to ebay after the claim opened.
I sent back the merchandise to seller which was recieved by him on April 13, 2010. Same day I received last reply from Mr. Ashish G. stating he has set some timeline for seller to respond which I understood from several of your customer support reps as 7 days. If seller doesnt reply then, in his words only, "Then we will approve your Claim from our end".
I waited for all this time and wrote back to Mr. Ashish on 22nd April which was certainely over 7 days. He however seems least bothered to even reply to my mails!!! Its really annoying when you have first fooled by the seller (sold poor quality item than what elaborated in listing) and secondly ebay not responding to your concern even after following all things religiously as asked by them!!! I have lost my money, sent back the merchandise as advised by ebay and now ebay is mum!!!
