Are ebay gift coupons available?

Hey,
I am a Bangalore based blogger.
I am rewarding my loyal visitors by giving "best Commentator" award.
I wanted to know if ebay provides gift coupons which I can buy & give it to them. And they can buy whatever they want on ebay using that coupon. I searched all over ebay & this doesn't seems to be present! It will be great if you bring this service up 🙂
