This is regarding our recent buying experience on eBay as explained below i.e.
We purchased a product on 30.10.2009 via Paisapay ID 25476877718. Although we transferred the amount instantly through ICICI online transfer but the payment showed in process for next five days.
Later after complaining about the same with eBay online, we got a call that our order couldn't be processed this time and our payment will be refunded. If we want to purchase the product then we need to place the order again.
Our payment got refunded in due course and we immediately placed the order of same product to same seller via Paisapay ID 25505022708.
But to our surprise, then the payment of previous item which was showing in process before was seen as realised instead of returned to the buyer.
So the seller now had two items to ship against payment of one order from the buyer.
Hence, the seller shipped the two products and we got them also.
Now if the seller has received the payment of both items from eBay then, it would be the loss of eBay or otherwise of the seller.
As we now want to return the extra item to eBay or seller who is the actual sufferer so we request eBay to look into the matter and advise us the same.
Also, we look forward that eBay will take necessary action so as to avoid the same mistake in the future which can cost to their sellers or eBay itself.
