I ordered for the purchase of a Sigmatel S90 dual sim mobile phone and paid through Paisapay (ID No.24477433327).The seller was Pareshwins. The item disaptched by the seller happened to be Sigmatel S90i dual sim mobile phone (not S90) which has much lower specifications. On complaining to the seller by email, with a copy to ebay, the seller asked for returning the item at my expenses and stated that the refund of money shall be after that. I do not agree. This would have been OK if I was not satisfied with the item which I had ordered. But once the seller has cheated me by sending a different item with much lower specifications, why should I bear the charges of returning it? Moreover, how can I trust such cheater and return the item giving him a chance of not refunding my money? The seller is neither ready to bear the charges of returning the item nor to refund the amount unless I send back the item. And, shamelessly, he also writes that he has done the same thing to other 15 customers but I am the only one who is feeling cheated! What an argument! This also confirms that he is a real cheater. Several e-mails have been exchanged between us and I have sent copy of each to ebay. But there is no response from ebay also. I have now given notice to both of them that I shall move a court of law claiming refund of amount, interest on that amount and compensation for harassment if I do not receive my money back by 10th July. And I am serious about it.
I would advise every prospective buyer at ebay site not to buy any item from this site. They are all cheaters and non-responsive to the woes of users.
