Amount debited from bank account but item doesn't show in purchase history

I tried to purchase a pair of jeans using SBI internet banking. But due to some technical problem with the site, amt got debited from account and the site failed to redirect to paisa pay payment page. Have not received the confirmation email, all I have is a confirmation sms from the SBI (Ref No. IGC1634286).
Item doesn't show in purchase, so no paisa pay ID generated.

How am I going to get a refund?? How long will it take????

you get automatically refund within 3-6 days, but inform paisa pay customer care about your fake transition
