I bought an item but by mistake I gave a wrong address and I wanna change it.
Still the shipping status is showing to be shipped so, plz.. help me solve out this problem...

Ask your Seller not to ship and request him to initiate the refund process from his end. To change your address, go to My eBay page and click on Account then Addresses. Once you change your address, you can look for the same item on eBay and buy it.

Thanx sir for ur suggestion... but the seller had replied through this email...
Sir as per ebay policy, sellers have to ship on the same address as received by them during the payment procedure,

or the seller protection for the amount is waived off, you can verify this policy by callin on 1800 209 3229 , thus we

will be unable to change the shipping address, and please call ebay on the given number and ask them to send us a mailer ,

stating they will protect us under seller protection , if we ship to a different address then the invoice address, only then

we can do the needful.
