All seller help Me regarding Refund Issue.

Hello All

in that last few months,
because of improper manage i refunded 40-50transactions
in which transactions are there 100rs - 11500rs
most are higher value amount like 10k, 11k

i understood, penalty will hire on me, final value fee will not return and all

suggest me what all i can do to get credit or save penalty somehow to save money

Let us know the honest reason why did you have to refund 40-50 buyers so that we can guide you properly.

1st started to sell BSNL
was having 10 stock in hand, i trusted my distributor can reserve more tabs for me, so take 24 orders in ebay
there is no stock with distributor everything got over in a day
so refunded 14 transactions over there

12 transactions, late dispatch.. fail to update track code over ebay.. refund also approved out of 12, 11 got product also..

recent, beetabz deal, he commited to me on a specific date so started sales, plenty people purchased, company delayed for a month, so refunded all transactions around 20
