Rude management especially your senior. I talked one of the executive today and I requested her to transfer my call to their senior executive manager ,after 5-6 minutes they talked to me and I raised a question regarding to my order and she replied in very rude manner and counting me policies and behaving like do "whatever you want" . She was behaving like now you got in trap you are a common people eBay can handle people like you then I asked her about feedback,because I was feeling so insulted with her behavior so I asked and she said "AAPKE EMAIL PR AA JAYEGA FEEDBACK KE LIYE BHAR DENA " these were the exact words from her and for your concern I didn't got any feedback form.
I found eBay customer care very rude and very arrogant like they can do whatever they want and you can't even imagine how rude they were.
I humbly request you please take action as soon as possible.
