Its disappointing to know about the threatening on personal email. Every company has some satisfied and some dissatisfied customers. I think a better PR policy should be to have the confidence of the dissatisfied ones rather than using threats.
On the suggestions by Dr. Hassan, I think ebay can AT LEAST post the multiple complains against a particular member on a special board & urge the new members to go thru those.
I have seen the warnings of Dr. Hassan about the low quality of gems of deltamarketing_in1. I also have that bitter experience. Now the warning is too old for any new buyer to find it on the board as most of us don't go beyond the first page. Many are complaining the same about deltamarketing_in1. It would have been very useful for all had ebay displayed such specific warnings on a special caution board.
