My account( SRIRAMTK 24) was Supended & Paisapay account put on hold with out prior Notice on 18-07-2011.I called the EbaY help line.they said as the account is under suspension they could be of any help & asked me to mail to inrswebhelp.I did the same after 2 days there was a response that due to Low compliance of rules No 9 account was suspended and said that this mssg will satisfy me and that is the maxiumum they could at their power.
While there was good selling ebay has encouraged and asked me to open a shopTKR OPTICALS,gave me a selling adviser & called me everyday.why not they bothered to call me while the account is in suspension and Resolve the matter at the earliest.I waited for 14 days until now there is no response from ebay.Is this the sort of business which ebay does? And on what basis the account was suspended I would like to know.I have provided all the invoices regarding the sale.
Due to this inconvenience not only me but also the buyer’s who have ordered could get their items and called me.I Told them that it is ebay who has suspended my account so that was the reason I could not send the items which have been ordered and it took 10 days for the ebay to credit their amounts in their respective accounts.
I expect an answer from any higher authorities from ebay at the earliest.If at all any problem is there Why don’t you come up in front of the seller and Rectify it.
