A complaint about the seller.

Hello ebay, my name is sundar, I place an order of 4 gb MP4 on 28th march order no.11010743080639 amt of Rs.1641/-. I sent the payment to seller a outstation cheque of the amt of Rs.1641/- of corporation bank dated 3rd april 2007 cheque no. 934565 in favour of "computer associates" through DTDC courier consignment no. S27802094,which got clear on 10th april 2007 from account.
As per policies after clearence of payment the buyer should get the product in 10 days but it's now 31 days, i still not received the product. After payment i have send the emails and couriers to seller but the seller didnt response and i also call through phone no. 02040089175 thrice the stated they r sending the product but still they not havent send product.
Please investigate about this matter because my parents got angry about the days are moving but i havent received it is issue of money.Please response to my mails as soon as possible I trust u services.

I have been defrauded by a seller. I didnt get the goods till 10th of ordering by CC/Paisapay.

I couldnt log complaint till 10th day (as per ebay regulations), that is 28th may 2007. Now I find that the seller has deregistered and absconding with all the money.

eBAY should ensure that the seller cannot and should not de-registered untill all goods ordered are delivered to the clients. That is till the time all goods ordered are delivered.

Now a days couriers are delivered in 3 days, posts are delivered in 3-5 days in India. Then why this restriction on complaining after 10 days.

Hello e-bay users
I had made payment of Rs. 1970/ being the cost of one mp3/mp 4 player to pily_world ( Mr. Pankaj Budhani: prop)
through bank draft drawn on Service branch New Delhi.But till today I have not received the ordered goods.Now think how these people have made e-bay the "jaria" to earn money of othet people.That fellow even got his cell-phone disconnected( I think pre paid card).Now how can I get my ordered goods( I am from Arunachal Pradesh)
