192 HRS IS PASSED NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE

HI all

as per ebay policy there customer care depart should response in 24 hrs or 48 hrs but 192 hrs is passed no response from the customer care team...we sent a mail on 12 sep regarding our ebay bills..on tuesday also that your invoice is genrating wrong bills and send them also details and even posted on community also 7 mail has been mark still no response from them yet...yesterday got a call from them regarding rocvery of wrong bill when i told them that dispute is open your customer care is not responding she told us that she will call back in 1 min till that min is not arrived...our account is suspended from the tuesday due to not payment of bills...we send them already mail that if withing 48hrs if not activated we are not liable to pay anything...24hrs is already passed no response yet waiting for next 24hrs after that bye bye...our id is genxtrenz...

wait for some more time . Don't say bye. I m sure they will reply. Sometimes it
will take some time for them to review the matter and after reviewing the whole
matter they will surely reply and hopefully reinstate ur account ASAP.
