PRODUCT LISTED WITHOUT STOCK ! HEAVY DELIVERY CHARGES

Hi,

Currently not happy with E-bay

Associated with Baazee for about 3 years now !
Happy with baazee team and kind of interaction with BAAZEE.
Currenlty problem with communication with E-bay.No mail ids provided. mailing is simpler than posting.

My problem is that the seller has posted material with out proper stock. What is the meaning of bidding with out proper stock. After 12 days of payment, seller informs about product out of stock. Mails me wether i can wait for 10-15 days or want money back ??

Here the amount is small. But my observation is if the amount was big the seller will utilize the money and return it later after using it for some days ?? PLz check about this kind of happenings on e-bay.

One more thing observed now adays that the shipping charges are put very high to show the product cost low. Plz look into this. Pls make a standard of some percentage of the product cost or minimum and maximum limit of the same depending on the size of the product..
