Please share your experience with Ebay returns, when you had received a counterfeit product from the seller? Ebay customer care calls you if you place a negative feedback either the product or the service, they force you to remove the negative feedback on the received products. There is no other way to do the same again. The feedback and commenting section freezes. I'm strongly suggesting that everyone should not buy products on Ebay even though they provide eGaurantee/ PaisaPay scheme. I had very pathetic experience in raising the claim, settling the returns and refund.
