My refund claim ID is 2871954. The seller cheated me. I did not receive the item for which I paid in advance and I raise a refund claim which is getting very much delayed. Each and every time I call customer care, they say "wait for 48 hours and our customer care executives will contact you". But when they call they again ask me to wait for another 48 hours and it goes on. What is the solution for my problem?
