I bought sennheiser ear phones, it costs 1200 rs, but its not worth of 100 rs ear phones. The quality is worst. I interacted with customer care and the seller too to ask them to refund my amount, its been 2 MONTHS now. they are not answering properly. Customer care guys say that, they want a confirmation mail from the seller guy and seller say that, they want confirmation mail from the customer care. these guys are playing with the customers.    Why should we contact the seller. other services are not like this. if you talk to the customer care, they only intract with the seller and solves the problem. whereas in this ebay service is not like that (WORREST ONE).   I AM TELLING TO ALL THE PEOPLE. Dear Team,   This is reference to the claim i have raised against the seller as he sold the product more then the MRP,   Today(7/7/2018) at 5:48 I got a call  (Please Find the Attachment 1 for the reference.he asked me some questions like why you have made a claim, so i told him that you have sold the product more then the MRP, as the received parcel says the MRP of the product is 150.00 RS.(Max Retails Price). But you have taken 188.00 Rs. from me,    On the very next moment he abused with the very bad words to me and also mentioned that you are a thief, i have asked him, why dont you talk to the ebay, but he abused so much time,   The call was of about 3 minutes and in that he mentioned that the product is of 150.00 Rs but he provided me 2 thing free (wax and the Steel Wire) that is why he took 188.00 but the MRP : mentioned on the wax is 10.50 Rs. and the wire is of 5.00 Rs. Even i count for that the product is not of 188.00 Rs.   Then after some time i have contacted the seller from my side to clarify that thing, again he abused and he threatened me to take the Guarantee claim back, otherwise he will complain to ebay,   Here i am noticing ebay to take necessary action and provide me the resolution,i want to take strict action to the seller and provide me the justice,    I have talked to one of the lawyer and he told me to file a consumer case against the seller and ebay, as the seller from the number i have mentioned above is forcing me to take the claim back,   I am not here to take my 188.00 Rs back, i want to make this seller's channel close due to his chip attitude,   The product was sealed pack so there is no way the seller told that you got 3 products and also the mrp of the wax and wire is in the screen shot, which cost 10.50 and 5.00 which comes to 15.50 Rs, even i calculate this the seller taken more then the MRP of the product.   Here i confirm that i have attached all the necessary document that proves that the seller is selling the product more ten the MRP.   Paid Amount : 188.00 The Product i have received Pictures attached : 3 in 1 SOLDERING IRON KIT -KRISHNA Brand -Professional Quality - 25w Solder Iron   Seller Has sold 51 product in last some days, it means he is doing this from a lot of time,    I am going to wait till monday as per the communication with the ebay team,   After that i will log a case against the seller and ebay.In to Department of Consumer Affairs Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution Government of India.   Hope to get the update soon on this.   Regards, Shubham ...
