Almost one month it took to decide the ebay guarantee. Since the product has manufacture warranty, no replacement for a faulty item, after paying a huge amount. Replacement would have got within 10 days of the sale by the online seller. But no help from the seller. After one month gave the reply that the claim was rejected, and tells me to get the piece repaired. Very bad. My hard earned money of Rs.15270/- has been just taken from me for a faulty piece. Very bad ebay service to the customer.
