who is responsible if the seller doesn't ship the item even when it is purchased as per deal??????

have same question. actually its waste of time of buyer for such transactions.. and with new online merchants its almost like they will ship next working day. ebay provides 7 days to ship products..

Hi

If you made payment by paisapay, ebay required the item to be shipped within 7 days otherwise the money will automatically be refunded. If this is the case, request ebay for your refund.

If your payment is made through an alternate method, then the seller is responsible for not shipping the item.

Also, remember that our shipping services in India are still not 100% reliable. So, there is a small possibility that your seller shipped the item but is being delayed in transit. 

So, pls try to pont your situation so that you can state the facts accurately and help ebay in resolving your claim soon.

It is one of the worst sites to order from. I had ordered a camera for Rs.36000 on 10th October,2013 and till now I have not got any communication from the seller. On contacting eBay, they told me that a refund has been initiated and after that they too are not replying any more. And worst thing is that the **bleep** hole seller is not picking up the call. **bleep** you techgdgt. You have ruined my camera experience.
