i buy item on 07th Oct,item not shiiping till 16th oct.today is 22nd oct i not received any refund & item ,what is ebay policy,it is totaly fraud,customer is a like tanis ball between ebay & seller,no one care customer,always buy item cash on deleive...

Ebay sucks
