paid for the Item but item not received

I paid for the item No.7625429615 but the item not received and i have claim for reimbursement vide ebay purchase protection claim No.957274. the claim has been established by ebay and the seller agreed to refund full amount but after the laps of more than 2 weeks i have not received any refond

The Draft No : 726255 dated : 05/08/2006 for Rs 17395/- was dispatched by Blazeflash Couriers on 8th August, one day before Raksha Bandhan...

Please give us time so that we can enquire with the courier people...

Thank you for your reply. just now i.e.20.08.2006(sunday)at 2.30 p.m. I have received the draft No.726255 dt.05.08.2006 for Rs.17395/-. very sorry for the inconvenience as it is my first dealings to you.In my opinion you are i.e. "Singaporemall" is one of the great seller. but speed to be improved. I suggest all ebay members should dealt with 'Singaporemall' as he is one of the honest seller. Thank you very much once again

That is why we have always said that it is not that all sellers on ebay are bad. There are more of good seller and very little bad sellers.

There may have been some problem, so please take up the matter with the seller directly first 99% your problems will be solved.

I Purchased 2 Nos. MP3 Players through Credit card, but to my horror both my were quite low in quality, hence i have actually returned back to your their address, how will i get back my money , is it through draft from seller or Credit passed in my Credit card
