It is very easy to accuse anyone rather then finding our own fault. Each product listing has a link where you can Ask seller a question about the product quality or any query related to the product. Still no one bother's to use this service. There are very few who use this service. I have been using Ebay for more than a decade and found it very comfortable and reliable. I have seen Ebay getting better day by day. This is the Site where sellers make sure that the buyer's get Value for money. Sellers on ebay strive to maintain their ratings on top. Though it is very difficult to satisfy each and every person. If there are five members in a family it is not necessary that they like the same food and have same taste. Some like Veg some like non-veg. So to maintain this balance that family serves Veg and non-veg food from time to time. Similarly it is not necessary that, what, I feel about Ebay, or it's sellers others may not find it correct. But good and evil is a part of life. It depends upon us how we handle it. We have to concentrate on the good part and not the evil part. If you think good and say good about other's everything will be good on your side also. I never had any issues dealing thru Ebay. Off course I did went thru some disputes but the things were sorted out by means of communication. The sellers do not want to destroy their repution and credibility by disappointing any buyer. I don't think any seller would do that without any reason. If there is any sort of dispute for a product's service or quality we need to communicate with that seller. The seller is aware that a negative feedback would harm his business, so he will surely put all his efforts to make the buyer feel good. Similarly buyer's should also understand the situation and try to keep themselves in seller's shoes.
Since this Thread was started for i9+++ phone which was purchased from Mr. Faheem (game_mastr) I would like to put some light on Mr. Faheem's reputation. Though Ebay itself is very confident about this Seller, I personally feel that this seller is someone who could be trusted blindfolded. I am from Mumbai but I have been dealing with this seller for last 6 - 8 months and had a very good experience. As I told before It is not possible that everytime you get satisfied for all the things. I also once had an issue about a cellfone which I purchased from Faheem. Though he had sent me the exact piece as mentioned in the listing, The product was good to see nice to use and packed with many features. Unfortunately the battery use to die very soon. I contacted the Seller (Mr. Faheem) and told him that the item is not as per my expectation. He could have denied an exchange because it was nowhere his fault. He had sent me what was shown in the listing. But to my surprise he arranged for the courier and had the phone picked up from my place and replaced it with a better one which was costlier than the previous one. He never asked me to pay the additional amount, only he mentioned it in his message to me. When it comes to customer satisfaction Faheem doesn't seems to be bothered about what loss is occurring on his side, he is merely concerned about building a bond with the buyer.
So people the moral of the story is that, there is always a solution to each and every problem, We should know what is the correct way of resolving it. According to me communication is the only way to resolve all issues.
