Seller: - game_mastr.

I am trapped in a deal as I bought a dual sim i9+++ phone from game_mastr. The phone has many defects :_

The battery charge life is very low. Even when I dont use any multimedia tools and my calling is very limited; I have to replace the battery every day.

The body cover is very lose, its a touch screen phone and as I operate through rubbing finger on the screen, the lower body comes out..!

The USB cable supplied did not work even for a day.

I complaint the seller but he takes very long time to respond at every stage. I have returned the cable but he is not responding. Without this cable I cannot connect it to the charger so I have to open the body and change the battery everyday.

The seller has also mentioned in the description of the item on ebay that in case of problem, he would arrange to collect the item from the buyer so that the buyer need not move here and there to return the item for replacement. However he asked me to arrange courier back the defective cable to him.

He has also mentioned in the description of the phone that he will send GPRS settings and JAVA to the buyers. However he is not responding on these points either.

Initially he responded quickly to let me feel secure.. and then he is too slow to respond.. this way he is taking the buyer out of the 'money back' protection period of 7 days.

I was not able to charge the mobile through cable supplied with the set. The seller was too dull on responding my complaints. He phoned me up only after I submitted negativev feedback. He pleaded very politely to remove the negative feedback and was virtually crying for the lose he would suffer because of the negative feedback. He promised me to solve all problems. I believed him and done everything to get the negative feedback removed.

He sent me a defective cable as replacement for the defective one. When I phoned him; he accepted that the set is spurious and promised replacement and that he would arrange to collect the set from me through a courier

Now he is not arranging to pick up the mobile from me for replacement. I am afraid; if i send the phone back; even this would go out of my hands.If this is the state of a so called power seller; I think we need to think twice before spending mony on Ebay.

Whats the remady for such a situation ?

I have put these things here so that other buyers are not duped.

It is very easy to accuse anyone rather then finding our own fault. Each product listing has a link where you can Ask seller a question about the product quality or any query related to the product. Still no one bother's to use this service. There are very few who use this service. I have been using Ebay for more than a decade and found it very comfortable and reliable. I have seen Ebay getting better day by day. This is the Site where sellers make sure that the buyer's get Value for money. Sellers on ebay strive to maintain their ratings on top. Though it is very difficult to satisfy each and every person. If there are five members in a family it is not necessary that they like the same food and have same taste. Some like Veg some like non-veg. So to maintain this balance that family serves Veg and non-veg food from time to time. Similarly it is not necessary that, what, I feel about Ebay, or it's sellers others may not find it correct. But good and evil is a part of life. It depends upon us how we handle it. We have to concentrate on the good part and not the evil part. If you think good and say good about other's everything will be good on your side also. I never had any issues dealing thru Ebay. Off course I did went thru some disputes but the things were sorted out by means of communication. The sellers do not want to destroy their repution and credibility by disappointing any buyer. I don't think any seller would do that without any reason. If there is any sort of dispute for a product's service or quality we need to communicate with that seller. The seller is aware that a negative feedback would harm his business, so he will surely put all his efforts to make the buyer feel good. Similarly buyer's should also understand the situation and try to keep themselves in seller's shoes.

Since this Thread was started for i9+++ phone which was purchased from Mr. Faheem (game_mastr) I would like to put some light on Mr. Faheem's reputation. Though Ebay itself is very confident about this Seller, I personally feel that this seller is someone who could be trusted blindfolded. I am from Mumbai but I have been dealing with this seller for last 6 - 8 months and had a very good experience. As I told before It is not possible that everytime you get satisfied for all the things. I also once had an issue about a cellfone which I purchased from Faheem. Though he had sent me the exact piece as mentioned in the listing, The product was good to see nice to use and packed with many features. Unfortunately the battery use to die very soon. I contacted the Seller (Mr. Faheem) and told him that the item is not as per my expectation. He could have denied an exchange because it was nowhere his fault. He had sent me what was shown in the listing. But to my surprise he arranged for the courier and had the phone picked up from my place and replaced it with a better one which was costlier than the previous one. He never asked me to pay the additional amount, only he mentioned it in his message to me. When it comes to customer satisfaction Faheem doesn't seems to be bothered about what loss is occurring on his side, he is merely concerned about building a bond with the buyer.

So people the moral of the story is that, there is always a solution to each and every problem, We should know what is the correct way of resolving it. According to me communication is the only way to resolve all issues.

Dear game_mastr,Finally thanks for your response which I am waiting since a long time.I feel very sorry for my harsh comment against you.But what can I do if I don't received any response from you side.If you have any problem regarding replacement of charger or its availability, you may simply answered via mail or SMS.But you don't bothered.Also though you may have not rejected my phone calls in autoreject mode but what about my mails and SMS,which are still unanswered.If you want,you may simply send a one line SMS reply regarding delay in replacement but you don't do that.Also I am not complaining about quality of product which is a cheap chinese phone and when I spend less money then how I get a best quality phone.But my concern is regarding quality of service. And when a seller highlight fancy and lucrative terms in his listing like LIFETIME WARRANTY and DEFECTIVE ITEM WILL BE PICKED UP AT BUYER DOORSTEP then he would have to bind with those listing certainly.
So my concern is only regarding your quality of service.I have send you number of emails and SMS and a lot of unsuccessful attempt of phone calls but hardly received 2 or 3 response in 04 months.
I am also a serious buyer and a member of ebay since it was BAAZI.COM period but this is the first time when I am frustrated and annoyed too much.also the case of Mr vipul1955 is very similar to me and his feelings and frustraion is as true as mine.

Lastly I beg sorry for my harsh comment against you, as you are a very reputed seller with very high of positive feedback score and I don't want to tarnish your reputation anymore.But my little advice is for you to kindly improve your quality of service.

IN NORMAL MOBILE SHOPS , SELLERS WRITE THAT NO WARRANTY ON CHINESE PHONES , WHILE WE ARE PROVIDING WARRANTY FOR ONE YEAR AT SAME PRICE ,
FAHIM IS TRYING THEIR LEEVL BEST TO SOLVE PROBLEMS OF I9 . BUT MOSTLY ALL CHINESE PROBLEMS HAVE SAME STORY ,ITS NT MATTER FROM WHERE ARE YOU BUYING ,


PEOPLE ARE SUGGESTED TO AVOID NON- BRANDED CHINEESS STUFF

I got a defective piece frm the seller mentiond above;
on the very first day the body cover was very lose,when i operated the fon , the lower body comes out again and again..!
And today only was after 30 hours of delivery the mobile got dead. its not working at all. i think my hopes for d fone is duped out.
i enlighten the condition to the seller and hoping his good deeds on replacing the defective item.

Some sellers says that cheaper i9+++ costing Rs.3000/- approx. doesn't have java. Is it true?

As per my experience, Battery doesn't last even a day in all the chinese phones. Whether the i9+++ having Nokia battery support gives better backup?

Look, Chinese phones are also available in 2 variants, the good ones and the bad ones, so look before you buy, choose a good brand, you will not have problems.

don't worry faheem will set all things right , as it happened to me earlier but problems are solved out .remember this is a chinese phone you can't get a iphone in 4000/-

faheem is the best seller with very reputed rating so all things will done right though it take some time.
