Have you filed a Non-Receipt of Goods report with ebay if you have not received your item? You only have 60 days to file the claim.

You can report "Item Not Received" and open a dispute.

CONTACT THE SELLER BY EMAIL OR BY CALLING HIM DIRECTLY,SEE WHAT THE SELLER HAS TO SAY,THERE MAY BE SOME PROBLEMS,IF THEN TOO THERE IS NO USE THEN GO FOR BUYER PROTECTION,AND REPORT THIS MATTER TO EBAY.

i actually dont know how to buy things from ebay .
currently i bid for a Transcend 128 MB Pen Drive USB Flash PenDrive 128MB but after that i dont know how to purchase it. and even i dont know what are the payment modes. how i m gonna pay for this.
