Why there is not cancellation policy in Ebay. Isn't it the poor service.

Shipping is poor in Ebay. There is no cancellation policy aswell. This is very bad service when compared to other vendors.

I won't recommend this to anybody..

I think Ebay users should challenge the portal about its cancellation or exchange policy.We have write to IT and Commerce Ministry and challenge it at the consumer courts.Otherwise they will carry on with their faulty and custmer unfriendly policies.
