This is quite unfortuate. How you can closed this claim like this where I have made more than 5 calls to your customer care in last one week?
Based on my last discussion yesterday, your rep has assgined my case to some Mr. *** and he was supposed to call me.
Why should I bear the courier cost of sending this item, where as per policy and assurance given, you were supposed to arrange this pick-up.
How you can leave a customer who has paid the full amount to you in this situation?
This is a high level cheating and this case is worth to refer as an input to billion users of this country...
Looking forward for a solution from your side....
The seller and e-bay as company has made money by cheating a normal user.
