The experience to purchase on ebay is horrible.First I won auction of a plasma TV.The payment was made by ICICI but the seller refused.The same item came up for auction again.The negative feedback was shown eroded by 51% vote.Then I purchased unlocked Blackberry phone on ebay paying an amount of 5200 through ICICI. What was received in sealed courier send as gift, was a shabby used phone with out battery.A battery was purchased by me and blackberry service taken from Airtel.The phone didnt work.The phone no of seller came out of reach. Negative feed back sent.The seller namely Standard_enterprises in messages said a new phone will be sent if returned.Negative feedback was eroded again by 51%.Seller was informed of phone return through a spl messenger and asked to contact her which he replied on 17th July with words"will contact the person".She constantly tried phone which would come un-reachable.She visited the address given by seller and found that address given is deserted.The chowkidar said they have left two three months back.A close by shopkeeper said they have cheated various including him and vanished.She went to police station and was informed that already some complaints have been received by them.I have requested ICICI (payment Bank)for help and emailed ebay plus the seller who is continuing selling on e-bay.

@rattanrazdan,
Its really an unfortunate even. I truly empathize with you on this issue and can understand the harassment you had to go through.
Just one question, did you pay with your ICICI bank netbanking through Paisapay or was that out of eBay transaction?
Regards buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

Change is state of mind..but inevitable.
