I had ordered two items after payment online on 04/11/2014. One item had not been shipped but got a mail that this order can not be honoured and the amount has been refunded. But so far I have not received a refund on the same. When trying to contact your contact number it does not get picked up at all. Similarly the second item did not received by the mentioned time and still not recieved. So I am in totally dark. What is to be done?
