I use GEB for Resale Purpose. Kindly let me know the exact procedure for resale purpose of the bought item legally.
I am getting Invoice in Dollars for purchases in GEB. I resell it in rupees with tax added. How can I make sure that I am legally ok with all paperworks, just in case if there is any issue with tax people....
ICC world does not provide invoice in INR....if that was the case then they would be no issues....since we are getting Invoice in Dollars (imported)....legally I guess we need Bill of entry and Transaction details.....for that particular item......
I appreciate if someone throws some light on how to use ebay and global easy buy for RESELLING PURPOSE.
OR can I get invoice in INR from any sellers in ebay for the item purchase via GEB.
PLEASE HELP ME....I AM REALLY CONFUSED.....
