Fraud Seller ???

Hi,
I recently bought a printer from the seller "goodvalue_99" and paid via PaisaPay.
The seller had no interest in replyin to mails or calls and gave a shipping number of First Flight courier on last day of deadline (Aug 18) and gave a mail stating that i need to produce some forms (i am residing in Kerala).
The shipping number does not exist acc to First Flight Courier agency. When i called up the seller (to the phone number given in item description), a lady picks up the phone, tells she dunno anythin, her boss is out of station and tells the item will soon be dispatched... blah blah..
The last date for item receipt is Aug 28. Will i get my money back if i dont get the printer within that time?
I dint expect such an irresponsible action from a "Power Seller"!!

To make things worse, my computer broke down on 28th so i was not able to file an Item Not Received Claim. I got it repaired yday. When logged into ebay site it shows i hav to confirm item receipt before 2nd September.
The BlueDart tracking for shipment shows the following:

Pickup Date 27 August 2010
From Chennai
To Thiruvananthapuram
Status Late Arrival At Destination
Contact Customer Service

Recently i won a stylish mens watch from this seller (Cheater)(rkamaraj2011), after 4 days he says he cannot ship the item, as the item is costlier than what i have bidded, he is a hardcore cheater and says give complaint to any one he is not bothered,

Finally i got the printer!! yayyy...
And the seller shipped me a higher end printer HP 1050 (for the same price) :)))))
But since it took sooooo long to deliver, thinkin whether to leave a +ve or -ve feedback to warn other customers...

come on, you got high priced item. seller already made it up for the delay. leave him positive. buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

Be careful of this guy, he ships defective packed goods and then says there is no warranty or guarantee on them because on his site he has not mentioned anything about it. He should mention or just because he has not mentioned, he is not obliged to refund?

Standard enterprises of Poone is a fraud seller he has taken back my mobile item number 320528020784
in pretext of refunding and now he neither attends my calls or he is interested in refunding the money.
Please avoid these kind of fraud sellers.

u have purchase the phone on 5th july and also given positive feedback on 28th july
so if the phone didnt work well then y wud u give positive feedback after 23 days

Hi,

I have successfully bid for Blackberry 9700 and won the same. The seller was standard enterprises, Pune. Paid money through paisa pay and received material. Exactly after 36 days it stopped working then with great difficulty I contacted the seller for replacement since it came with 3 years of warranty, he promised to do so and picked phone on 30th of August 2010. till now I have not got my phone back and seller is not picking the call, really I don’t know what to do.
