Fraud Seller ???

Hi,
I recently bought a printer from the seller "goodvalue_99" and paid via PaisaPay.
The seller had no interest in replyin to mails or calls and gave a shipping number of First Flight courier on last day of deadline (Aug 18) and gave a mail stating that i need to produce some forms (i am residing in Kerala).
The shipping number does not exist acc to First Flight Courier agency. When i called up the seller (to the phone number given in item description), a lady picks up the phone, tells she dunno anythin, her boss is out of station and tells the item will soon be dispatched... blah blah..
The last date for item receipt is Aug 28. Will i get my money back if i dont get the printer within that time?
I dint expect such an irresponsible action from a "Power Seller"!!

Power Sellers are usually the most trusted sellers on ebay. Contact ebay immediately after 28th if you did not receive the item. eBay support has become extremely questionable recently, so if there is any issue, immediately report the issue to the local police and get your bank charge back the amount.

if u dont get the printer then file a item not recd case
u dont need to go to local police station n all
just check the tracking details where is ur parcel

The seller has shipped something thru first flight courier n tracking shows its reached Trivandrum (where i stay). But due to local holidat its detained there at office.
When i called seller, his PA told they send bill first thru FirstFlight to avoid some tax forms n they wil ship printer seperately via Bluedart. He has given dat firstflight courier num as POD.
So if i file an item not receivd, can i get the claim in my favour?

if u have not recd the item then u can file an item not recd claim
the tracking details will prove that u have document or printer

I got the invoice alone via First Flight couriers today. But no news about the printer. When i called them they told they wil ship it soon!!
Last date for item receipt is 28/08/10. What should i do!!

Finally the seller gave me a blue dart shipment number and told they will be shipping it today. Tracking details would be updated on site tomorrow.
But, last date for item recepit is tomorrow (28/08/10) and courier delivery does not take place on Sunday. So should i file an "item not received" claim on Sunday or will i have some time period to file the claim?

I would suggest go ahead and file item not received case tomorrow. and once you receive the item make sure to cancel it.

and do reward your trading partner with a positive feedback.

About 2 months back, on 27th June2010, i recd samsung cdma 910i handset in the locked position. I have been asking for the CD to the seller, he was just ignoring it. I have tried to unlock the handset at many service centres at every corner of mumbai ( authorised/ unauthorised) but not succeed.
I want to request you all that before purchasing any item, please think 100 times.
The seller Mr. Parul Michra just not responding.
Through this mail, i request ebay to look into the matter and sorted out immidiately.
