Debit Card and Credit Card not working on Paisapay

Hi

I tried buying through eBay yesterday and to my Shock neither of my debit card nor any of my credit card were working on Paisapay.

As soon as i entered the Details and clicked 'Pay' button, after that the browser kept on saying 'connecting to bank' and then it give an error. I tried 16 Times before i give up on buying the product.

Then i used the same card on other shopping website and it was working perfectly.

after that i called on paisapay customer care but I they your calls only till 7.30 pm and it was 8.00 pm when i stared buying.

I was surprised since ebay sells product 24 hr but their customer care is only open between 10 to 7.30. what happens when the Buyer faces problem in transaction "GOD Knows"

I rarely buy anything from eBay, but since a got a discount coupon i was using it and buying a product.But after trying number of times nothing was working so i had to give up.

If eBay India provides this kind of services to its Buyers then i am afraid buyers will be switching to some other website.

The payment system at ebay is pretty flawed to say the least.

I had to waste my discount coupon and my time in trying to buy a simple product.

Ebay India!!! This is the buyer that is giving you a direct feedback improve your services or pack your bag.

And I request all the buyer who faced this problem yesterday to join the discussion. It is 1.00 am , 8.10.09 and still the paisapy is not working.

ebays payment system is best in class in this world
it was not working that time bcoz they are doing some updations.

i request u to all dont get upsate. and tried it after some time.

Check you bank accounts to see if money has been taken or the tranacton has gone through.

The debit card/credit card payment is still NOT working and hasn't been working for over a week. I have two items I have to pay and I can't even get it done. Ebay India is looking like a joke right now because they can't even offer a statement about this and expect us to figure it out ourselves.

I am losing my patience. It's gotten to the point where I don't even attempt to 'buy' an item anymore because I know I won't be able to pay for it. I bought an 8 GB USB because I figured there was a possible 1% chance it MIGHT work but no, it still DOES NOT WORK.

What is going on Ebay India?

i also faced same problem,
I was using Fedora 11 and firefox for doing this transaction

after transaction failed i checked my credit card for any payment etc, but everything was normal

in next attempt with ebay everything worked well
and finally got message

"Congratulations! You have successfully confirmed your order using PaisaPay."

Your PaisaPay credit / debit card payment cannot be completed. Please select a different payment type.

IS it really a ebay site or what?? ?:|

I'm facing this problem i tried buying and i got error and i clicked again and i ended up buying two but none hasn't showed on "My ebay" section and i checked my bank balance and cash got deducted.What is wrong?

This happens all the time and sometimes I had to wait for days for the money to be returned that even got debited from my account after a failed transaction.

I am having the same problem, my debit and credit card will not be accepted by paisapay. I have been trying for 3days to correct this problem via email and by their 1-800 phone number which is always "all circuits are busy", when I finally got through I listened to a tape message sending me back to 'how to use email'.

This system is flawed to say the least. I am questioning whether I really want to use their system, if they are this unreliable and offer little to no help with payment issues for buyers.

They flunk in "quality and satisfaction" of serious buyers. By the time they get their act together it may be too late for success. I am "moving on".

I have also face similar situation.
On Mozilla it didn't worked. On IE it worked.
