Cheated ..shipped an old piece instead of new ..help

Hi ,
I bought an new nokia 6600 from trusted_seller_in. For 10500.He promised me to give me a new piece and many free accesories ..but ended up in giving an old piece .without even warranty.

Guys i got cheated ..plzz help me .What shud i do now.And more over after buying, the seller called Harsh wardan has cancelled his registration.I have his address and bankj account to which i have made an online bank transfer.

Plzz help in getting my money back .Coz i no more trust the seller and cannot ship the product back as he might end up in npt returning my money .So i want my money back and i ll return the product.

Does any experienced ppl have any suggestions as how can ebay ensure me of getting my money back.

Yeah I have reported but the seller is not replying to me and in the protection policy one of the steps is authentication of buyer ,Can u plzz help me out wht is tht so tht i can prepare it in advance .I am really dejected with the purchase.

You should wait for 7 days after reporting, then you can file for refund.

The maximum value you will be getting from ebay is Rs.9950/- ---------------

Anyways I have raised an dispute .I dont think so he is going to reply.Can we do anything about that seller coz he may cheat others also with a different ID ,We shud not leave such ppl.He satys in delhi and i also know his bacnk account details.

Post seller id on community boards, many do visit ebay staff comes to community boards.

Leave Negitive Feedback. This will reduce his reputation and finally he will be ignored by a lot of buyers.

He can also cheat others with different id, But ebay will take action on frauds.
