Would an service charge be levied for using my Credit Card for purchase

I would like to know if we would be charged for the below for a Credit Card purchase:

1. "Service charge" for the credit card purchase by the "Credit card vendor"

2. By "Paisapay"

All the charges (Final Value Fee, Credit Card/OBT service fee) will be charged to seller.

So there is no charge for the buyer.

Any seller make-up this charge from the product cost or from the profits. ---------------

Sellers are charged 3.5% of SP on Paisa Pay Transactions.

Also OBT is charged at 2%

and

Comission is charged on sucessfull sale @ 5% for amount upto 5000 and 2.5% on value over 5000.
