Cancellation Of Order..

Hi Everyone,

I placed an order through the eBay Global Buy scheme. Now the seller is from the US. I want to cancel the order. I talked to the customer care executive, who asked me to call up the seller and ask him to cancel it. I dropped the seller an e-mail from my eBay account. But I thought calling up as advised. Now the problem is I am not able to contact him on the phone number given by him. So I am worried that the item will be shipped before I get a chance to cancel. I have mailed to eBay CC as well. But that response will take a long time. So, I would like to know what to do in this case? Please help me guys.. I am new to eBay and don't know the ins-and-outs of the system. :_|

It was happened with me too year ago, they didn't refunded my cash. That's no good !!

Why do you want to cancel? You can't just buy an item then decide to cancel. If the seller refuses to cancel, then you are obligated to pay. You do not have to worry about the item being shipped if you have not paid for it.

Only your seller can cancel the transaction and you must contact the seller directly, not in a public forum as your will not see your post here.

You can't just decide you do not want an item. When you bid or use the buy it now button, you have entered into a contract with the seller indicating you will pay for the item. You need for the item you purchased.

i want to cancel my order. i had contacted the seller also they had tell me to mail it and then they will cancel though i had send mail my order was not cancel

i had also paid for the order so i was in tense whether my order be shipped before its cancelation
