I had paid for a product using the 'Net Banking' facility. The bank shows my account has been debited. The ebay seller put out a message that payment has not been received and advised to make the payment again. Obviously, there is some technical error with the payment gateway. I contacted the so called 'customer support' of ebay and have been advised to hold my peace for 72 hours. I get a feeling they really don't have to sell anything, but simply take money out of people and return it without interest after 3 days. Nice business model!!
