another eBay bug...speed bump encountered when changing shipping address.

my building is being renovated so i have moved to another rented place. i want to order a notebook cooler but whenever i try to buy the item and try to change my shipping address, i get an error message "you have encountered a speed bump. please try again after some time". what on earth is a speed bump and why am i getting it!!? May be they want to convey us a message, slow your speed for trading on eBay, we do not have sufficient technology to handle so many orders at once. Hence the speed bump. lol

How does tradus.in fare as compared to eBay? Do they have a better intervention mechanism in buyer/seller disputes? I ask because most of the sellers here are selling the same ting there so not much difference in price or seller's service. The only difference i guess would be the service that the site itself provides.

I searched for the notebook cooler i wanted over there and i came across the same shady seller i had interacted with in the past for the same item on eBay (gadzetz). he would say something on eBay messages and something else on the phone. had to get a refund. -- Signature: I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.

You are absolutely right Bhushanji, same breed of sellers in both places, yes difference is with the company, they are more strict in their dealing with sellers, but sellers also have a way out of every situation. See Image below:
