Hello My name is Surajit. I am a new user and i had purchased and paid the amount through paisa pay. But the seller didn't ship the item. This was my first transaction in ebay and i got blunderd. Though they told that my refund has been approved and i will get the refund in 2 to 3 days. @day i have called in ebay toll free customer care and now they are telling that it will take 15 days to get my refund. Now how should i trust ebay. I am new user and this was my first transaction. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

Please sir refund my money. Help me.

Dear Madam,
I purchase a new phone as mention on ebay site,but the seller send a used phone,i return back this phone to the seller via courier, i register a claim under eBay Guarantee (claim number for my reference is 63279)but after a long time i not get the resolution, this is my first purchase on ebay, i not want that it will become the last.
Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Please help me to resolve my refund claim-63279,I call ebay many times they said our eBay Guarantee* team will call you but they never call me regarding this claim,i already sent the product to the seller,i am feeling cheated.
